Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: pt has a history of fainting with vaccines. His mother came in case he had a reaction. pt became dizziness and did faint. he was with his father who also fainted from his vaccine so pharmacy called 911. Patient was treated by paramedics and did not go to the ER. His mother reported he felt tired later in the day and the next day he went to the store with his father. Patient will follow up with his doctor.
