Symptom narrative

Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: Patient was on the verge of passing out, we called the ambulance once we realized the situation was not going to resolve in a few minutes. The paramedics came to take her to the hospital for further evaluation. The patient was able to state she never has issues with vaccines before leaving with the paramedics.
