Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient passed out after vaccine was administered and I did call Emergency because he completely fainted but was sitting down so didn't fall. Came to right away and was alert and aware of everything I asked if this has happened before he did say yes with the prevnar shot in doctor office but when filling out his form he elected no on question of "dizzy or faint before, during, or after immunization. He also then told me he was diabetic and was fasting. Paramedics checked him out and everything wasfine
