Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: The band-aid on the injection site stayed on for 4 or 5 days. After the band-aid fell off, the patient noticed a small, 1/16" diameter bump described as firm and crusty. Patient experiences top of shoulder pain and pain when using the arm. The pain is described as extending from shoulder to middle finger.
