Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient described her experience as intense pain upon injection into the back of the right arm, and not in the central portion of the deltoid. She contatcted her MD 2 days later to report pain/discomfort in the shoulder post vaccination, and was advised to continue with pain relivers and ice. She was referred to PT for 5 visits and discontinued due to cost. Condition did not improve in the coming months and she was seen by her MD again on 7/18/25 and was referred to a shoulder orthopedic doctor.
