Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: At time of patient reporting symptoms, patient denied any fever or chills. Patient was given a diagnosis of cellulitis by Urgent Care provider(s) and was given a prescription for amoxicillin and cefuroxime (7-day course).
