Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Pt fainted but recovered. when fainted hit his head and there was a gash and some blood. pt was responsive after he fainted and hit his head. emt took him to ambulence. pt stated after vaccine was given that he has a tendancy to faint/feel dizzy and advised pt to sit until he felt better then incident happened. After pt fainted he was responsive and alert.
