Symptom narrative

Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient recieved the vaccine and was waiting for prescriptions. She waited around the vaccine area for about 15 minutes. We rang up her prescriptions and she was vocal about confusion/overall pain (unrelated to vaccine). She went to the front store and spoke with the (withheld), and vocalized mental confusion/dizzness. She ended up falling on her way out of the store. We provided supportive care and called 911. While she was with the EMTs, she confirmed she called 911 3times in the last week.
