Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: After administering 2nd vaccine (flu shot) on the second arm, patient became unresponsive for about 15 seconds. Pharmacist alerted team to call EMS right away, then woke back up after about 15 seconds. Upon awakening, her blood pressure was checked twice and the systolic of first reading was 65bpm and @nd systolic was 77bpm. patient called husband on the phone to come get her at pharmacy.
