Symptom narrative

Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Sores in mouth-Medium, Additional Details: Patient has received this vaccine many times, but never fainted or received sores in the roof of her mouth. She also is still really tired 1 week after getting the vaccine. She fainted the following morning (not right after getting vaccine).
