Symptom narrative

Following the administration of the Shingrix vaccine on Saturday 10/04, I developed flu like symptoms, which included sore throat, achs and pains, low grade fever and fatigue. This lasted approximately 4or 5 days. Then early in the following week, around 10/13, my left ear became blocke up, so that my hearing in that ear is reduced.

red yeast rice, lutein, St. Johns wort, multi vit. with biotin, calcium, magnesium and zinc, glucosamine and chondroitin, ginko and biloba, ashwaganda, sam-e, beanaid.
