Symptom narrative

Patient started having just the normal arm soreness that night of the vaccine, but then by the following night it was red, warm, and itchy. She came in on Friday afternoon and we went over the small chance of infection, but the most likely site reaction. She drew on it and by Monday morning it is back to normal and just sore.
