Symptom narrative

Patient had initial redness, soreness and swelling at the injection site the day after vaccine administration (10/28/25). Over the next week the redness/swelling/itching continued to spread down from deltoid across whole upper arm down to crook of elbow. Patient ended up seeing PCP on 11/3/25 and was issued a steroid pack for the reaction.
