5 min after admin, pt became pale, state he had a headache and was hot. RN assisted to the ground, monitored respirations and pulse while talking to patient. Patient alert & oriented. Mother called EMS at 4:50 pm. EMS assessed the patient and cleeared. O2 96, pulse 100
