the 2nd dose had not been administered at the moment of the call; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 74-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 26-JUL-2024). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: the 2nd dose had not been administered at the moment of the call ). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
