Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

atient received the first dose of SHINGRIX in 2021, and has not yet received the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2021). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: atient received the first dose of SHINGRIX in 2021, and has not yet received the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
