Symptom narrative

inadvertently received a 3rd dose of Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 18-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AH7Z3, expiry date 30-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Menveo (received first dose in 2019) and Menveo (received second dose in 2023). On 15-OCT-2025, the patient received the 3rd dose of Menveo. On 15-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: inadvertently received a 3rd dose of Menveo). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-OCT-2025 A registered nurse reported a patient had inadvertently received a 3rd dose of Menveo vaccine.
