An elderly female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (FLU [INFLUENZA VACCINE]), for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Past drug history included: Vyndamax, start date: 26Jul2024, notes: 61 mg once daily. The following information was reported: INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (non-serious), outcome "recovering", described as "flu-like symptoms/has residual chest congestion".
