Symptom narrative

I went in to get the Moderna Covid Vaccine and was called back to get the injection. I asked the lady giving it if it was Moderna and she said it wasn't and to step out so that they could get the correct vaccine. I was again called back in to be given the vaccine and they injected me with the Pfizer vaccine after I had already told them I wanted the Moderna. The paperwork had the Moderna vaccine on it, but they did not care enough to read it and injected me with the wrong vaccine.
