Symptom narrative

After flu vaccine given in the morning, 9 year old boy broke out into a heavy sweat at the doctors office and fell to the floor complaining of feeling very unwell and severe pain also in his back. When returned home he was given acetaminophen due to continuous pain which started to localize just in the arm of the injection. However, then feel asleep for a few hours and was unable to attend school that day. Next day felt better again.
