I went to pharmacy requested a Tetnus shot because I was cut in their store and was past due , I marked the box on the firm Tetnus only snd bod that Iv had severe reactions , I tokd phsrmidt I can't take anything no other vaccines except Tetnus l, I has severe allergic reaction that night and still having allergic reactions, they told me I was given whooping cough and dystrrus on top of Tetnus , so they lied to me promised I was only getting Tetnus . I have neck pain head ache water eyes fatigue allegiances symptoms nonstop now .
