The patient received four vaccinations on 10/07/2025: Fluad, Comirnaty, the first dose of Shingrix, and Abrysvo. Shortly afterward, the patient experienced an adverse reaction, including a hemorrhage in the right eye, and presented to the emergency department due to side effects and a sensation described as feeling like her head had exploded. A CT scan was performed and returned normal results. Since the incident, the patient has reported experiencing unusual, death-related dreams and increased anxiety. After consulting with her physician, the patient has decided to forgo the second dose of the shingles vaccine as a precaution.
