Patient fainted and fell approximately one minute after the vaccine was given. She hit the right side of head on the wall. Dr came into the exam room to examine patient immediately after she fell. Patient was monitored and vitals (BP, HR, RR, SpO2) where taken. Patient laid on her mother's lap for approximately 10 minutes after fall and then she was helped to the exam table where she continued to lay down and was monitored. She was very pale and sweaty after she fell. Began complaining of headache at the location where she his her head. Patient was monitored for 45 minutes and Dr returned for assessment prior to patient leaving. Patient was able to walk out on her own with her mother.
