Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine on Sat 11/1. She came into pharmacy 11/4 to show RPH her arm which was red, warm to the touch and swollen. The redness had spread to the size of a grapefruit and was seeming to spread downward towards the elbow. RPH advised patient to take some benadryl and to contact her doctor/go see them so they could further assess the arm
