Symptom narrative

Pt received IM flu vaccine in arm sometime around 10:44 to 10:58 am. We received report from our building security later that a patient had fainted in the Elevator. Pt was seen in ED that same day, within an hour later and diagnosed with vasovagal syncope. After EKG done and read as reassuring, the pt was well enough to be discharged home.
