Symptom narrative

Vaccine was administered as subcutaneous instead of intramuscularly. Patient reported pain, tenderness, and rash throughout left arm for a duration of over a week. Patient visited her primary care doctor, who diagnosed that the vaccine had been adminstered improperly (SC). Patient reports typical arm soreness from vaccines lasting no more than two days, which is what further prompted her visit to MD. Patient has never had rash to any vaccine previous.
