Symptom narrative

Patient became dizzy, felt faint and diaphoretic. Ice packs and water were administered. He continued to feel dizzy and faint on and off for about 45 minutes. After more juice and monitoring pt returned home after feeling better.

Allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

Humira 10mg/0.1ml, Omega -3 Fatty Acids
