During acute care provider visit on 10/30/2025 patient having hives since getting the flu vaccine on 10/13/2025 below his waistline, on his neck & both arms below the elbow.

hypercholesteremia, benign hypertension, impaired fasting glucose, retinal artery thrombosis, post-splenectomy, history of edema, history of bone marrow transplant

Atorvastatin Calcium 10 mg Oral Daily Furosemide 20 mg Oral Daily PRN Mupirocin 2 % Topical 2 times daily, APPLY TO AFFECTED AREA FOR 10 DAYS Tamsulosin HCl 0.4 mg Daily
