Symptom narrative

Within minutes patient went stiff and began sliding off the exam table. Mom grabbed him and placed him supine, called for help. His pupils were dilated, pale, clammy, BP was 50s/20s and heart rate 50s. Within a minute or so he became responsive. Gave him juice, elevated his legs, repeat BP 100/70, heart rate 70. He was given two meningococcal vaccines today; the B and ACWY, one in each deltoid.
