Symptom narrative

Patient experienced redness, swelling, itching around injection site later in the evening hours after the immunization. Patient applied cold compress, took ibuprofen and benadryl but symptoms progressed. Patient went to see doctor at urgent care and was prescribed antibiotics for the Cellulitis.
