The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 01-Oct-2023, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), Suspension for injection, dose number 1, (lot # and expiration date were not reported). On 22-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), Suspension for injection, dose number 2, (lot # and expiration date were not reported) (Inappropriate schedule of product administration).
