Symptom narrative

On October 29, 2025, the donor disclosed having a swollen lymph node in the cervical area following the tetanus shot received on October 17, 2025. Donor stated that the lymph node was swollen for approximately 7 days. Donor did not disclose any additional symptoms. On October 29, 2025, the donor's lymph node was palpated and noted that the lymph note was no longer swollen.

Current illness

None disclosed.

Medical history

Donor disclosed HSV2 with no current outbreak, a past history of alcoholism-sober for over 10 years and migraines.

Other medications

Donor disclosed taking Valtrex as needed. This medication was not taken on the day she received the vaccination.
