Symptom narrative

Received vaccine on 10/24. On 10/28 in the evening started with a rash and itching; the rash kept spreading to involve her whole body. She presented to the office on 10/30 for evaluation and received Solu-Medrol dose followed by 5 day course of prednisone and daily zyrtec. The rash resolved completely.
