Symptom narrative

pt says he felt like he had the flu. He was achy all over and had pain in both eyes. He woke up during the night with these symptoms that he felt was life threatening at that time. His wife went to the pharmacy to pick up some medication for him and let them know he was having reaction to the flu vaccine and she was told they had been seeing this with some of their patients. His symptoms lasted well into the next day. He feels some better now but still has an overall feeling of weakness. There are some things he cannot still do from being so weak. He contacted his doctors office to let them know he was having events following the vaccine. No appt for follow up made.
