Pt emailed and reported the following: "I recently attended one of your vaccine clinics held on campus on 10/24. During the visit I receive a total of four vaccines (Covid, flu, HPV, and meningococcal B). In the following days beginning on 10/29 a rash began in my arm which received HPV and meningococcal B. After inspection of the red rash spreading along my arm I went to the Urgent Care where I was informed that I had contracted cellulitis. I am not looking for anything in return; I just simply wanted to inform you of my experience with your coalition."
