Symptom narrative

The vaccine was given to me 08/29/2025, experienced chest pain after 2-3 days. I took Tylenol 500mg every 6 hrs. for 2 days. On the third day I stopped, but the pain came back. I called staff health and said to go to the emergency dept. Dr. prescribed me to take Tylenol every 4 hrs. and ibuprofen every 6 hrs.
