Pt was provided granola bar/juice prior to Vx. Vx administration was well tolerated. Pt and family were excused from IZ Clinic room and went back to waiting area. Pt stated to parent that she felt dizzy. Parent tried to help Pt to seated position. This nurse heard shuffling of parent and Pt and went directly to Pt side and assisted Pt to side laying position on multiple chairs. No apparent injury was assessed at this time. Pt regained alertness, this nurse reassured Pt of safety. Another RN put additional chair under Pt feet and brought fridge packs to Pt. This RN assessed HR, RR both WNL. This nurse and other RN remained with family till Pt was able to stand on her own safely (15+ min). Pt was able to leave clinic on her own with no apparent injuries and continuing negative effects. VARES Report will be filed for incident.
