Symptom narrative

tingling and tightness in throat and tingling in mouth; weakness occurred; vitals remained stable; epinephrine given and sx of tingling and tightness resolved within a few minutes; weakness lasted until she left with EMS. Transported to ER. No further tx needed. Recovered completely.
