Symptom narrative

Immediately after administration of vaccine I felt a shooting pain from my left deltoid into my the anterior aspect of my left shoulder. Since the vaccine I have had shooting pain when lifting my left arm above my head, trying to put on my shirt or steering my car. I have sharp shooting pain when lying on the left shoulder to where I am unable to lay on the left side. This pain is still present almost 4 weeks later.
