Symptom narrative

Patient fainted shortly after leaving the immunization room and fell to the floor. Patient quickly regained consciousness and was aware of where he was and what he was doing. Patient lacerated lip and complained of thumb pain and brief nausea. Patient was warm and slightly sweaty. No sign of allergic reaction. Patient sat upright and given water. Patient observed until feeling better and let with parents.
