Symptom narrative

Patient experienced redness and swelling at and around the injection site about 24 hours after receiving the vaccine. Couple days after, she went to the ER and got some antibiotics and called to inform us she had a skin infection. Patient is already on meloxicam so I advised her against ibuprofen otc due to therapeutic duplication but a Tylenol was ok if she experienced pain or fever as well.
