No additional AE; PROQUAD administered after Non- supported Temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse Practitioner and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 23-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), (lot #Z007851, expiration date: 19-Oct-2026) 0.5 mL (0.5ML SQ), administered by Subcutaneous route for prophylaxis; reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported). The Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) was administered after a Non- supported Temperature excursion. No previous temperature excursion. No additional AE.
