Symptom narrative

Shingrix NDC#58160-0823-11 Lot#542E3 threw me into RA, PMR, Sero Negative status with uncontrolled pain/inflammation. Four known meds: prednisone 15mg, methotrexate, kevzara, humira have not worked. Bone deterioration necessitated 10/29/25 reverse left shoulder replacement. Right shoulder replacement will be next. RA doctors cannot find medication to stop the severe pain. I need to know who else has experienced this and what medication they are on to stop the continuing deterioration of my shoulders. Call me.

Medical history

mild COPD. Took shingles shot in about 2013; had shingles 1/2 around waist- right side in about 1984; had chicken pox as a child. osteoporosis, with first prolia shot in October 2025 1 pregnancy 1974
