A 78-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 13Feb2021 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 74 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Rheumatoid arthritis", start date: 2014 (ongoing), notes: Rheumatoid arthritis From: About 2014. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "soreness in arm". Additional information: Caller first started taking the Pfizer COVID vaccine, when first came out in 2020, thinks, each time caller took those times didn't bother caller. Had no reaction, just a little soreness in arm and that was it from the very first time. Feeling good today.
