Pain in extremity

Symptom narrative

Patient complaining of right arm pain the day following vaccine. Pain at a 7 on the pain scale. Denies any redness, swelling or fever. Does not feel warm to touch. Pain continued for 1 month. She used Tylenol & applied ice to the area which helped. As of 11/5 the pain was not 100% better but improved.

Basil cell carcinoma of face, malignant melanoma of upper arm, Hypertension, Vericose veins of lower extremity, osteopenia, elevated cholesterol, polyneuropathy
