Symptom narrative

Patient noted with increased fussiness and fever of 100.6 4 hours after vaccination administration. Continued with increased fussiness, temperature of 100, not eating well through the night. Seen at clinic by Dr on 11/5/2025. Did have warmth to injection site, swelling. redness. Tx has been been tylenol and ice pack.
