Inappropriate schedule of drug administration; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 68-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received in AUG-2022.). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Inappropriate schedule of drug administration). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-OCT-2025 The patient self-reported this case for herself. The patient reported that she contacted GSK via web form on Thu Oct 23, 2025. She wrote that she only got one shot in 2022. She explained why. She said she went to the pharmacy to get SHINGRIX shot 1 in May of 2022, but she had a low-grade fever that day, so she did not receive it. However, the pharmacy billed her insurance company anyway. Then on an unspecified day in August of 2022 she went back to the same pharmacy and received Shingrix shot 1 but it was recorded as if it was Shingrix shot 2. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
