A 74 years old male patient received a 3rd dose of Shingrix; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 74-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 3T74X) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (second dose was received on 03-JUN-2025 with batch number 55TH4). On 16-SEP-2025, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix. On 16-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: A 74 years old male patient received a 3rd dose of Shingrix). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable.
