Symptom narrative

Boostrix underage administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 8-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number 37R35, expiry date 21-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. On 06-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Boostrix. On 06-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Boostrix underage administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date:10-OCT-2025 The reporter stated that, an 8 years and 11 months old patient received Boostrix. The reporter consented to follow up.
