Reported Symptoms: 10012727:DIARRHEA; 10028813:NAUSEA; 10047700:VOMITING; Narrative: Per travel medicine clinic note 3/25/25, patient had planned travel and had previously received injectable typhoid vaccine in 2022 and tolerated well with no reaction. Oral typhoid vaccine prescribed at this visit. This patient trialed the oral Ty21a around 3/28/2025 and after the 2nd dose, he reported nausea/vomiting/diarrhea that lasted all night. All symptoms resolved the next day and stopped taking Ty21a. Other Relevant HX: Other: DIARRHEA; NAUSEA AND VOMITING
